A simple grey model makes the route and the camera views visible before the film is created.
Film from your photographs
Your photos set the look. An AI tool places them in the space and creates light and atmosphere; anything no photo shows is kept simple.
Review and approval
We check the film against the photos and correct visible differences. You review the draft; one revision round is included.

An ALIVEHQ project

ALIVE Scenes is an ALIVEHQ project, founded by Tilman Reichl. We make short films from photographs of distinctive properties: we choose the scenes, animate them and edit the film.
Tilman is your direct contact. You agree the material, the scope and your feedback on the draft with him.
We work remotely with property owners across Europe and internationally.

Before we get started.
Which photos do you need, and who holds the rights?
Sharp original files, not screenshots or compressed copies from a listing. For a tour, a floor plan and at least one photo per room are required – the more, the better. Include the views and relevant details. You need permission to use the photos for editing and publication; check the licence if a photographer took them.

Do I need an on-site shoot?
No. We work with the photos you already have, and an on-site shoot is not part of either service. If an important angle is missing or a photo is unsuitable, we tell you when we check the material. Sometimes another photo from your set or a calmer movement solves it.

What does a film cost, and what do I receive?
A property tour starts at €249; a single scene starts at €49, with each additional scene costing €25. These are minimum prices: property size, number of rooms and additional scenes increase the price. After reviewing your photos, we confirm the scope and price in a written proposal. A tour is around 45 seconds, depending on property size. You receive a 16:9 film plus a portrait crop (9:16) for social media. One revision round is included.

What if I want more changes?
One revision round is included: you collect your changes to the draft and send them together. If you expect to need more, tell us early. Further rounds can be agreed in the proposal.

Where can I publish the films?
On your own website, on social media, in messages and on booking platforms that accept video. If you plan paid ads, tell us at the start so we can agree on usage rights.
